Our typical timeline from first meeting to term sheet is three to six weeks. We do not run indefinite multi-month processes. We will always tell you exactly where we are in our review and what questions remain before we can make a decision.
We typically take a board seat or board observer role as a condition of our seed investment. We believe active board participation makes us better investors and better partners for founders. We attend every board meeting and come prepared.
